Today, we're excited to announce Nash’s acquisition of Kosmo, a leading Singapore-based logistics platform specializing in advanced routing, automated dispatch, and real-time tracking.

This strategic acquisition strengthens Nash’s logistics infrastructure, accelerating our ability to meet the rapidly growing demands of digital commerce, and unlocks Nash’s growth across key markets in Southeast Asia and Latin America.

The Power of a Unified Logistics Infrastructure

Last-mile delivery is a $500 billion industry powering digital commerce but remains fragmented and heavily reliant on manual processes and disconnected API integrations. At Nash, we're building logistics infrastructure for the internet, addressing this fragmentation with end-to-end solutions covering everything from checkout and courier management to customer engagement and the post-purchase experience.

Acquiring Kosmo significantly enhances our ability to deliver this seamless logistics infrastructure, empowering merchants of all sizes—from global retailers like Walmart, 7-Eleven, and Woolworths to local businesses—with tools to achieve greater operational efficiency, improved reliability, and superior customer experiences.

Kosmo was founded by JJ Velaz, previously head of logistics at Foodpanda, Asia’s largest food delivery platform. JJ built Kosmo to democratize access to powerful logistics capabilities typically reserved for larger enterprises.

Kosmo’s Impact: Smarter, Faster, and More Reliable Deliveries

Kosmo has already proven its ability to help businesses scale more efficiently:

17% Improvement in Driver Efficiency through advanced route optimization
23% Increase in Dispatcher Productivity with automated dispatching tools
Enhanced Customer Experience with precise ETAs and real-time tracking that reduce delays and uncertainty

Expanding Global Opportunities

With this acquisition, Nash is further strengthening its footprint in Southeast Asia and Latin America, two of the fastest-growing logistics markets.

Kosmo brings a deep ecosystem of native integrations with regional courier networks, e-commerce and POS platforms, and other technology partners that power logistics in these regions. This allows Nash to extend its reach and provide a more seamless, scalable solution for merchants looking to optimize last-mile delivery at a global level.

Why This Matters for Merchants

Integrating Kosmo directly advances Nash’s mission to handle a significant portion of all physical last-mile transactions globally.

With Kosmo’s capabilities now embedded within Nash, merchants instantly gain sophisticated routing tools, streamlined dispatch, and proactive customer communication, enabling them to scale effectively and enhance overall reliability.

"It’s an honor to welcome Kosmo and JJ to Nash. This acquisition reflects our commitment to building the logistics infrastructure for the internet, expanding our technology stack, and giving businesses—whether small or enterprise—the tools they need to scale last-mile delivery with confidence." – Mahmoud Ghulman, CEO and Co-Founder of Nash

"Joining Nash is an exciting next step for Kosmo. We built this platform to empower businesses with smarter last-mile solutions, and now, as part of Nash, we can bring that vision to even more merchants around the world." – JJ Velaz, Founder of Kosmo

Looking Ahead

This acquisition marks an exciting chapter in Nash’s journey toward reshaping global logistics. We're committed to continued innovation, ensuring that merchants everywhere have access to powerful, scalable solutions that simplify logistics and drive business growth.
